Hall of Shintoku soba

We grind self to powder in stone mill by Shintoku known as excellent production center of gen side, and we saw, and stand and establish and we boil and finish with true heart in vertical "three stand".
"Side soft serve, side ice" which blended buckwheat flour is popular.

Making soba experience is possible, and specialized lecturer instructs basics carefully.
The time required is approximately one hour. We are glad that we can eat soba which we hit by oneself on the spot.
