"Pulpwood shiitake mushroom" is local specialties of Shintoku-cho. It takes 2 or 3 years by cultivation and harvesting.
It's fleshy, has a strong taste and also has the abundant nutritive value of the protein, the vitamin and the mineral, and it's said that the pulpwood shiitake mushroom which spends time and brings up also has the effect on a clear skin.
